How to link adhaar with your Health ID card ,Apply for Health Id Card

Its very simple and easy to link your health id with aadhaar ..

After generating your ID card go to left side you will see Aadhar option

Click on it and put your aadhaar number and submit it

You will get an OTP to the phone which is registered to your adhaar card ,put the otp .

It is almost complete ,now check in adhaar option YES/NO .It will show yes that means your adhaar is registered to your Health ID card

How To apply for Health ID card

Get Your health Id ,for all States

Benifit of the card : If you have a health Id card then you need not carry physical documents to the hospitals or to the doctors .All the data of your report will be updated to this card.

Process of apply : First of all go to the link given below

Here You have to generate your id ..if you cant find your state and district then select any state and sistrict .

After generation of your id card go the EDIT section showing at left side .

Click on EDIT and then you will get all the states and districts ,Select your exact state and district and save it .

After saving your data will be shown on the card and you can download Your id card by clicking on DOWNLOAD .
