Application in Standard Form prescribed in part-IX of Assam Gazette affixing Council Court fee Stamp worth Rs.10/- with two recent passport size photographs and photocopies of Age proof Certificate, Caste Certificate, Educational qualification Certificate, Mark sheets, etc of HSLC/HSSLC/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and other relevant documents with self-attested must be submitted in the O/O Divisional Forest Officers: a) Dima hasao Forest Division (west), Halflong or (b) Dima hasao Forest Division (East), Halflong or (c) Southern Afforestation Division, Halflong on or before 15th November/2021 within the office hours.
