Register yourself through CSC for free
There are two option ie Self registration and through CSC but If you enter false details through self registration then your application or card may be rejected but if you apply through csc then your details will be valid as the csc owner will varify yours details and hence there is no chance to be rehected.
So ,i personally will recoment to register yourself through CSC.
